Do not know if I should jump up and down or cry, but so far I am disappointed that the french channels are scrambled. 115-123 were my favorates for news and sports (French) and they are scrambled. Must be the same as DN, BEV will not give us access to locals. Still, BEV is open, so we should be grateful for the effort. TY coders.
